Speculations have risen again on Disney's upcoming animation adventure comedy film "Frozen 2."
According to Movie News Guide, fans could see Anna unleashing some magical powers as well. The publication added that with Elsa being currently known as the ice queen, it is probable that Anna has her own superpower, too. It is also reported that Anna's power will be unveiled in the forthcoming "Frozen 2."
In March 2014, filmmakers Christopher Buck and Jennifer Lee told Hitfix that Anna had a superpower as well, but it was different from Elsa's. According to the directors, Anna's power was love and she was set to use this power to save the day. Lee described Anna's love power as "very powerful."
While Anna could be seen unleashing some magical abilities, she might play the story's antagonist while her sister Elsa might be lesbian. In August, it was reported that Anna might disentangle herself from her friends and go on her own, only seeing the negative side of Elsa, Kristoff, and Olaf. These serve as effects of her frozen heart from the first film.
Meanwhile, previous reports said that Elsa might be a lesbian in the upcoming film sequel, due to her having no love interest in the first film.
"Frozen 2" serves as the sequel to Buck and Lee's Disney film "Frozen." Released on Nov. 27, 2013, "Frozen" followed the newly crowned Queen Elsa accidentally using her icy powers that led to distance herself from the people. Her sister Anna, teamed up with Kristoff, and Olaf to help her put things back to normal.
Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell, Jonathan Groff, and Josh Gad are set to reprise their roles as the voices of Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, and Olaf, respectively.
While there are several speculations about the story's future, exact details on the plot, characters, and cast are yet to be revealed.
Buck and Lee's "Frozen 2" is slated to premiere in theaters in 2018.
