New spoilers for "Captain America: Civil War" have been revealed regarding Iron Man being controlled in his fight scenes and possible death of Steve Rogers.
Marvel president Kevin Feige revealed new details about the first entry in the phase 3 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as he told MTV News that "Captain America: Civil War" will be the final act of Steve Rogers/Captain America's (Chris Evans) story. Feige added that a non-cap character will also have center stage during the film such as Tony Stark/Iron Man (Robbert Downey Jr.), Bucky Barnes/Winter Solider (Sebastian Stan), Sam Wilson/Falcon (Anthony Mackie) etc.
With the revelation that "Civil War" is the ending of the Captain America films, fans begin to wonder if Feige could kill off Evans' character the same way Marvel did in the comics. Although he did not answer the question, some Evans' co-stars, Stan and Mackie, have already hinted that they could take on the mantle of Captain America anytime in future projects.
Stan stated that he is willing to take the role of Evans' character as long as the fans want to during the Salt Lake Comic Con Event, while Mackie previously stated in an interview last year that the "shield" could be past on to Sam Wilson the same way Steve passed it to Bucky.
In other news, fight coordinator Eric Oram stated that Tony Stark in the film could be "pulling his punches" against Captain America during "Civil War," ComicBook reported.
Oram explained that its an "escalation of force" wherein Iron Man is aware of the collateral damage that he possibly makes during a battle. Unlike in the previous films, wherein he swoops down unprepared and reckless, he will be careful and coordinated. He will learn to use a little control over his actions.
When it comes to fighting Captain America, Oram added that Tony should only use "minimum force" that is necessary in a fight and he does not have to act like wild and dangerous during the fight.
"Captain America: Civil War" will be released in cinemas on May 6, 2016.
