The tech giant Google has officially announced the two Nexus smartphones - Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P.
Here are 4 things you may not know about the two Nexus smartphones.
1. The major complaint about Nexus 6P and Nexus 5X is that they do not support the Qi wireless charging standard. 2. Both Nexus 6P and Nexus 5X have the same camera - a 12.3 megapixel rear-facing camera, with a 1.55um pixels, which works good in all conditions - particularly low light.
3. The company said that Huawei-made Nexus 6P has a Samsung WQHD AMOLED panel. Hiroshi Lockheimer, a member of the Nexus team, disclosed that the Nexus 6P boasts the newest generation panel from the South Korean giant.
4. Google said that a user's fingerprint data is stored safely and never leaves their smartphone, Phandroid reported. Moreover, a user's fingerprint data is not backed up to their computer or other devices. Their information is not shared with Google or any apps on their handset. Apps do not have access to hardware or fingerprint data.
