"Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization" has been unveiled for PS4 and PS Vista.
Fans of the "Sword Art Online" product are already expecting the third installment of the anime series, but it seems as though there is more to anticipate for the coming year. Bandai Namco recently announced that "Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization" will make its way to Sony's PS4 and PlayStation Vista, according to Gamezone.
Other details about the game through excerpts from a Dengeki PlayStation came out via Gematsu in an interview with "Bandai Namco" producer Yosuke Futami and "Aquaria" producer Satoshi Hirayae.
Futami pointed out that the game development started with the idea of Kirito commencing at level 1 when the beta testers were at the initial stages of "Sword Art Online" game before it was launched.
Hirayae added, "We want people to play in the world of the early days of Sword Art Online and then gradually start to feel like something is off as they progress."
Gamers and enthusiast of the game can look at the setting as Aincrad but the developers corrected that previous notion asserting that Aincrad was a universe divided into different layers or floors.
The upcoming game will concentrate on a mysterious girl at the beginning of PS4/PS Vista launch promo. Describing the girl, Futami said, "She's about 14 years old. The heroine is an AI (Artificially Intelligent) character, and that AI will develop as she adventures with Kirito and friends."
There are no more details concerning the girl at the center of the game.
The upcoming game, "Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization," will be available in Japan in 2016. Fans from North America and Europe will have to be patient for the official announcement of the release date for the game in the respective regions.
