Reports claim that the new iPad Pro will hit Apple Retail Stores within the first week of November. Additionally, the device will be released in Apple's online store within the last week of October.
Considering the timeline, Apple will probably start to ship the new iPad Pro within the first week of November.
The new iPad Pro is 78 percent bigger compared to the current iPad Air 2 model. It weighs 1.57 pounds and it 6.9mm thick. Tech analysts who were able to get a hands-on of the device said that it is a bit cumbersome especially when held in one hand.
The 12.9-inch iPad Pro has a 2372 x 2048 resolution and also supports Retina display. The device looks more like a laptop rather than a tablet, especially when attached to the new Smart Keyboard accessory.
Apple made a major upgrade on the iPad Pro and gave it a new 64-bit A9x processor. It runs on the recently released iOS 9 operating system and also has an option stylus accessory called the Apple Pencil.
According to CNet, Apple said that the new processor makes the iPad Pro 1.9 times faster than its closest counterpart. The tech giant also boasts that the new tablet's graphic performance is faster than 80 percent of portable PCs. Despite its massive computing specs, which usually demands more battery power, Apple claim that the new iPad Pro can last up to 10 hours on a single charge.
The standard iPad Pro with 32GB of storage space will sell for $799 which the 128GB version will sell for $949. There is also an LTE-ready 128GB model which will sell for $1,079, according to ExtremeTech.
