Brad Pitt's "Fury" co-actor Shia LaBeouf was recently arrested and taken to the Travis County Jail in Austin, Texas. He reportedly disobeyed police and was booked for misdemeanor public intoxication.

Apparently, LaBeouf was either high on drugs or extremely drunk when he ran down the street outside a bar on 6th Street and jaywalked in front of police, an eyewitness told TMZ. Another eyewitness told the publication that the actor and a woman were too intoxicated so they were denied when they tried walking into a bar.

Infuriated, LaBeouf reportedly forced himself into the bar but he was blocked so he and the woman left. It was said that he was warned to stop but he still continued with his bizarre behaviour until police subdued him and put him in cuffs.

LaBeouf is set to star in Andrea Arnold's comedy drama "American Honey" with Sasha Lane, McCaul Lombardi, Arielle Holmes, Crystal Ice, Veronica Ezell, Chad Cox, Garry Howll, Kenneth Kory Tucker, Isaiah Stone and Raymond Coalson, among others.

In 2014, LaBeouf co-starred with Pitt in the war drama "Fury," which also starred Logan Lerman, Michael Pena, Jon Bernthal, Jim Parrack, Kevin Vance, Xaviel Samuel, Jason Isaacs, Anamaria Mrinca and Alicia von Rottberg, among others.

In other news, "Peaky Blinders" creator Steven Knight recently said that Angelina Jolie's husband could starring in the hit BBC2 series if he had his way.

"I can imagine him in the series (because) he is a fan," Knight said of Pitt in an interview with Birmingham Mail. "I have been spending quite a lot of time with him as I have been writing the sequel to 'World War Z' as well as this new film."
