New details for "Thor: Ragnarok" have been revealed regarding the Vision's rumored participation in the film and Mark Ruffalo teasing a possible "Thor versus Hulk" fight in the film.
The film production for "Thor: Ragnarok" is scheduled to start shooting January next year at Queensland, Australia as Premier Annastacia Palaszuk talked to Marvel executives and were thrilled to have them filming the third installment in their area.
Palaszuk added that Marvel Studios will be employing 750 Queensland crew and more than $100 million AUD for "Thor: Ragnarok's" budget. "Avengers" stars Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston are expected to return to their roles as Thor and Loki along Lady Sif (Jamie Alexander) and recently Bruce Banner/The Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) was confirmed to be added to the film.
Although it not yet stated what kind role will The Hulk play in "Thor: Ragnarok", Ruffalo told New York Daily News that both Thor and the Hulk will act as a buddy movie and slight chance that two Avengers will fight one another during the film's plot as "Spotlight" star believed that it is inevitable.
Both Thor and The Hulk are known to be power houses in the Avengers and they have faced one another before in the first Avenger movie. Marvel fans will no doubt want to see these two collide next after Captain America (Chris Evans) and Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) square off in "Captain America: Civil War".
Aside from the Hulk, another Avengers member is rumored to join "Thor: Ragnarok" as the Vision (Paul Bettany) is rumored to appear in other phase 3 films such as "Guardians of the Galaxy 2" and "Captain Marvel" before appearing in the two-part film, "Avengers: Infinity War", MovieWeb reported.
Visions appearance in "Thor 3" will have something to do with the Infinity stones, as he currently has the mind stone and plans to go to space after the events of "Captain America: Civil War".
The plot of the third installment will likely focus on Thor seeking answers on stopping the apocalyptic event known as Ragnarok and plans to save Asgard before its starts.
"Thor: Ragnarok" is scheduled to be release on Nov. 3, 2017.
