Fans are anxiously waiting for the Microsoft Surface Phone release as it is rumored to be one of a kind, packed with some killer specs.
The long rumored device, the Microsoft Surface Phone seems to be an ongoing project. This might come as a happy news for fans who are eagerly awaiting for the release of a smartphone from Microsoft, according to Tech Insider. There is a strong chance that this phone will soon become a reality, according to Android Origin.
Here are the top five reason to wait for the Microsoft Surface Phone:
1. 1440 × 2560 Display Screen Resolution: It is rumored that the device will be equipped with a 5.5-inch AMOLED display screen along with a screen resolution of 1440 × 2560. This resolution is more than what is found in iPhone 6, which features a screen resolution of 1080 x 1920.
2. Support for Surface Pen: The device is expected to be armed with Microsoft's Surface Pen device, which was made popular with the Surface tablets. This technology is not available with any smartphone currently.
3. Intel Atom x3 CPU: The device is rumored to be equipped with the Intel Atom x3 CPU along with 4GB of RAM, which will make the phone run exponentially fast. The storage options will start at 64GB to 128GB.
4. Windows 10: The device will be running on the latest Windows 10, which will ensure that it will get no lag and no processing problems. This update is yet to come in most of the Microsoft devices.
5. Zeiss Camera Lens: It is also expected to include a 21 mega pixel Pure View Zeiss rear camera along with an 8 mega pixel Zeiss Wide Angle front camera. The phone is expected to be equipped with wireless charging along with the USB Type-C connection support.
