La Liga powerhouse Atletico Madrid (2-1-1, 7 points) take on Süper Lig winners Galatasaray SK (1-2-1, 4 points) at the Vicente Calderón Stadium on November 25 for their second meeting in the 2015-2016 UEFA Champions League group stage competitions.
Los Colchoneros was forced by Kazakh club Astana to a 0-0 deadlock in their most recent match held at the Astana Arena last November 3, as per Goal. The draw prevented Diego Simeone's boys in tying Portuguese champions Benfica for the top spot of Group C.
Meanwhile, Galatasaray was turned back by Benfica, 2-1, in their last match at the Estádio da Luz in Lisbon, Portugal also on November 3, via the Portugal News.
It was a revenge of sorts for the Eagles as the Yellow-Reds defeated them with the same score at their own home field of Türk Telekom Arena in Istanbul, Turkey last October 21 for Cim-Bom's first victory of the competitions.
German striker Lukas Podolski provided the lone goal for Hamza Hamzaoğlu's side during their most recent game as they were beaten by Los Encarnados' Brazilian defender Luisão with a goal in the second half.
Atleti dealt the Turkish club a 2-0 blanking during their first meeting at the Türk Telekom Arena with a double from sensational French forward Antoine Griezmann. Simeone's crew is projected to further improve their performance this time around at their home turf with a lopsided victory looming in the Spanish capital.
The prediction is a 4-0 blowout for Atletico Madrid.
