New "Persona 5" details will feature new DLC, gameplay, character subplots and social media website features soon.

Japanese game developers Atlus teased gaming fans of upcoming in-game features for "Persona 5" prior to the game's intended launch date next year. Game director Katsura Hashino and Lead designer Shigenori Soejima have promised gaming fans that "Persona 5" will be worth the wait for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 consoles.

Both Hashini and Soejima stated that "Persona 5" will restore the people's belief in the RPG genre as Soejima explained that more details for the sequel will be explained very soon, Realty Today reported. Several speculations on "Persona 5's" changed launch date was due to Atlus developing the game's DLC and has been the hot topic of several fans sites and forums across the internet.

Soeijima added that more characters will be added in "Persona 5" that were not yet shown in previous game trailers and urge gaming fans to support the sequel even further, CrossMaps reported.

"Persona 5" story will focus on four teenagers from Shujin High School as they embark on a dark missions as Phantom Thieves. They are led by a unnamed protagonist with his friends Ryuji Sakamoto, Ann Takamaki and Yusuke Kitagawa along with a mysterious talking cat named Morgana.

There mission in the game is to steal the hearts of corrupted individuals in the city as they establish their own brand of "justice". They will also have the ability to summon their own "Personas" in battled through a procedure called "the Awakening" as they are engulf in blue flames and will drastically change their personalities.

New game features will be added in "Persona 5" such "All-Out-Attack", Sneak" and "Cooperation". The sequel will have numerous "real world" activities, individual character storylines or subplots to give the game more perspective than just the main protagonist and even in-game social media websites to keep in touch with friends and allies.

Hashino stated that he wanted gamers to experience the "big city" life within the game and it will far more different than previous titles.

"Persona 5" will launch in the summer 2016 in Japan and sometime in 2016 in the United States for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 consoles.
