A tech demo has also been recently released at a Japanese event presentation. However, these featured mainly some of the technology that will be used in the game. Another "Final Fantasy XV" demo may also actually debut at another Japanese event. The hint came from game director Hajime Tabata.
Without specifying what the actual event, it is speculated that this may be the Jump Festa 2016 show, Nova Crystallis reported. The demo that may come at the mentioned venue may be smaller than what has been seen so far, but Tabata also expressed his hopes that the new demo will find its way to more fans of the franchise.
While waiting for the improved demo of the game, it appears that players can also look forward to a special edition "Final Fantasy XV" controller, Hardcore Gamer. Specifically, the controller has been announced for the Xbox One. Retailer Play-Asia announced the controller, but it has mostly been targeted for an Asian market release.
The retailer has yet to details a possible western release for the device. But the look of the Xbox One special edition controller gives a very regal feel, with a black and silver motif that rings of the royal family's signature color in the game. The source has a screenshot of the "Final Fantasy XV" controller, which is sure to be a hit with fans of the franchise.
More interestingly, there still has been no announcement of a special edition DualShocker 4 controller for "Final Fantasy XV." So far, publisher Square Enix has yet to make any comments about the upcoming controller.
The special edition "Final Fantasy XV" controller does not have a release date as of yet. The retailer has also yet to update the information in on the sale page of the controller. Preorders are hinted to come soon.
