"Fallout 4" will feature the patch 1.2 update this week, as well as new solutions on how to fix the PC Mod breaks in the game.
Bethesda announce that the patch 1.12 update for "Fallout 4" will be available this week for the console versions as the game publisher tweeted on it official Twitter page that latest patch for the PlayStation 4 is available today, while the Xbox One version will launch sometime within this week.
The patch 1.2 update will contain general fixes on "Fallout 4's" stability and game memory as it features performance improvements inside the Corvega Assembly Plant, optimizations to skinned decal rendering, fixed issues on player's being stuck in terminals, weapon equipments that become locked after completing "Reunion" and issues on not completing "When Freedom Calls" quest. The new update will also fix the regeneration glitch in the "Confidence Man" quest and crashes on jumping and reloading saved games, Gamerant reported.
Some players who have bought the console versions of "Fallout 4" have little problems with these glitches until now, while others were plagued by them. However, with the patch 1.2 out in PS4 and Xbox One, gamers will have little problems regarding the mentioned glitches within the game.
Aside from the patch 1.2 for the consoles, several gamers were complaining about the same patch in the PC version of "Fallout 4" stating that the update has broke several mods within the game, VG 24/7 reported.
Majority of "Fallout 4" mods came from the Nexusmods and when the patch 1.2 update was launch for the PC, some of mods did not work. Luckily, members from the Nexusmods listed the steps on retrieving these mods back in the game.
The first step is to open the Nexus Mod Manager, then launch "Fallout 4" game and wait in the launcher before starting the game. Next is to re-enable the mods using the Nexus Mod Manager and press play.
The Nexusmod members noted that the steps will not cover all mods in "Fallout 4" as they explained each one depends on what the player's change within the game and it advisable to check the download pages on the mods when running for updates.
"Fallout 4" is currently available in stores for the PS4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
