"Furious 8" actress Michelle Rodriguez is one of the actresses who are proudly growing armpit hair. On Dec. 25, Friday, she took to Facebook to share a Christmas greetings to her fans along with her picture showing her underarm hair.
"Merry Winter Solstice !!!" Rodriguez captioned the photo. "It's a great time to remember that life can be as simple as letting go and remembering were all rentals in this world, love that anoying family member, kiss that bratty cousin, & hug the love your life real tight."
"I promise to shave my arm pits at some point before the New Year mad love and peace to all," added the "Furious 8" actress, who used to date Will Smith and Jared Leto's "Suicide Squad" co-star Cara Delevingne.
Only three hours after Rodriguez posted the photo of herself with her armpit hair on Facebook, it was shared more than 4000 times and it received almost 300,000 likes.
Rodriguez is set to reprise her role as Lettie "Ortiz" Toretto in "Furious 8," which is set to be released on April 14, 2017. It will be directed by "Straight Outta Compton" director F. Gary Gray.
Along with Rodriguez, "Furious 8" will also star Vin Diesel as Dominic Toretto, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as Hobbs, Jason Statham as Deckard Shaw, Tyrese Gibson as Roman Pearce and Ludacris as Tej Parker. In November, Diesel told Variety that the late Paul Walker will not be featured in "Furious 8" but he will be "represented in some form or another."
Meanwhile, while Rodriguez greeted her fans with her armpit hair on Christmas, Ludacris visited patients at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and brought them toys and teddy bears three days before Christmas, Fox 5 NY has learned.
