"Glee" Actor Mark Salling sued for child pornography on Dec. 29, 2015, Tuesday.
The 33-year-old actor, Salling, who played the role of Noah "Puck" Puckerman on the TV series titled "Glee," was seen for the first time since he was arrested for child pornography at a T-Mobile Store in Los Angeles on Dec. 30, 2015, Wednesday, according to ET Online. The actor wore a black T-shirt and black Nike basketball shorts. He also sported a pair of black shades and a Los Angeles Dodgers baseball cap.
Salling was arrested on Dec. 29, 2015, Tuesday morning for possesion of child pornography. The actor was detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in downtown Los Angeles and his bail set at $20,000.
Before he was involved on child pornography lawsuit, the "Glee" actor settled a suit filed by his ex-girlfriend Roxanne Gorzela. The penalty of his previous suit cost $2.7 million.
The ex-girlfriend accused the "Glee" actor of sexual battery. In her 2013 complaint, she claimed the the actor had unprotected sexual contact with her despite her demands that he must wear a condom, E News reported. Gorzela added to her complaint that she became "overwhelmed with anxiety" and worried much that she would get a transmitted disease after the sexual encounter with the actor.
Gorzela claimed that she confronted the actor at his home, but the actor grabbed and pushed her that caused her hit her head.
"There is no truth to this," Salling's representative told the publication. "We turn the rest over to Mark's attorneys and have no further comment," the representative added.
