"Orphan Black" season 4 will introduce Sarah's new clone M.K.
According to co-executive producers John Fawcett and Graeme Manson, M.K's storyline will be interesting because she is unlike the other clones that were introduced on the show before.
For instance, M.K. knows that she's a clone for as long as could remember, and meeting Sarah and her other sisters could lead her to doing things that could either harm or benefit all of them.
While speaking with Entertainment Weekly, Fawcett revealed M.K. is very elusive.
"And quite highly skilled and very smart. And it is interesting as Sarah tries to interact with this character who is almost kind of like a Deep Throat kind of character. What's very cool about it is this is a clone who has been self-aware for some time," he said.
Meanwhile, a photo of M.K. from the set of "Orphan Black" was recently released online.
The photo showed the character wearing sheep mask.
When asked what it means, Fawcett said that M.K. mask symbolizes Dolly the sheep, or the first ever successful clone.
"We had a lot of fun going through masks to figure this one out. We saw about 5,000 masks," Manson said.
"We wanted it to be spooky but kind of childlike at the same time. We wanted a little balance," Fawcett added.
In other news, "Orphan Black" season 4 will premiere sometime in April. BBC America dropped a mysterious teaser for the new season.
