"Orphan Black" season 3 officially ended this week and one major character was shot on the chest. Cosima's former love interest, Delphine, got shot and there are indications that she could be dead.
Throughout the past couple of seasons, Delphine has been instrumental in helping Sarah, Cosima, Helena and Alison find secrets and information about their identities. Now that she could be dead, it seems that the clone sisters will face bigger challenges ahead, according to Master Herald.
Another person that was shot on the chest was Sarah but the character obviously survived because she serves as the lead character in the series. However, season 4 will feature Sarah dealing with her injury and the recent death of Paul.
Meanwhile, the end of season 3 also saw Cosima missing in action. While she was away, the Clone Club continued to force Sarah to make an alliance with them. In other news, the Castor clones have been dying but there is chance some of them will reappear in season 4.
In other news, "Orphan Black" has already been renewed for another season and show creator John Fawcett teased fans with some of the things they can expect in the next installment.
During an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Fawcett that newbie clone Krystal will return in the upcoming season. The showrunner added that he and the creators of the show have big plans for the character.
Fawcett added that Shay will also be back next season, especially after Delphine handed her information about Dyan and 324B21. Fawcett also promised that Shay and Cosima's relationship will be explored in season 4.
