MacBook Air 2016 will arrive in April 2016 along with the new MacBook Pro and the new MacBook, App Advice reported. However, earlier reports suggested that the tech giant Apple will launch the new MacBook Air during its World Wide Developer Conference in June 2016.
According to several reports, the upcoming MacBook Air 2016 will come in two variants: 15-inch and 13-inch, as expected. However, according to new reports, a 12-inch laptop may be seen joining the 2016 MacBook Air series.
The new MacBook Air will house Apple's OS X El Capitan operating system and an Intel Skylake processor. Also, it will have an improved battery life, RAM capacity and graphics.
You will get tougher security features in the new device. It is believed that the 2016 MacBook Air will have new biometric scan feature for online transactions. Also, the device will have the Touch ID within its Trackpad along with Force Touch upgrade.
On the other hand, reports suggest that MacBook Pro 2016 will be powered with Apple's own next-generation processors. Also, the device will boast the A-series mobile processing chip that can be either the new A10 chip or the A9X chip.
Furthermore, according to MacRumors, Apple will release iPhone 7 Plus and iPhone 7 on September 2016. These two devices will drop the 3.5mm headphone jack standard to stick to its thinner and sleeker than ever non-S iPhone edition. Therefore, all music connections will work using wireless Bluetooth headphones.
