Gadget enthusiasts are quite expecting something new with Apple in 2016, and it proves them right if the company should give them new MacBooks, which are some interesting additions to their products.

Just like what was heard recently, there are not much major changes this year, except for the inclusion of a Force Touch trackpad. There's also going to be updated specs under the hood. Intel's updated Skylake processors will certainly find its way into Apple's new laptop line-ups, as reported by DigiTimes. Citing supply sources, Apple is planning to stagger its launch for its 2016 MacBook editions.

As per reports, Apple will begin with the 12-inches Retina MacBook, and then the upgraded 13.3-inches MacBook Pro at the same time, which is expected to be released on March or April. For the 15-inches updated MacBook Pro, the release is expected on the third quarter of 2016, based on the information provided by sources.

Apple has indeed had many products, so it's not surprising that the company will be potentially busy the whole year. Events have also been scheduled behind the scenes. Because of this, the staggered release of Apple's MacBook products should mean something. Apple can take their time to declare the next generation 12-inch MacBook and the new 13.3-inch MacBook Pro on the rumoured March event.

The event will also unveil Apple's other products such as the new Apple Watch bands, the iPad Air 3 and 4-inch iPhone 5SE.

Depending on what updates are included, Apple may just release new products and make proclamations through press releases, which certainly has happened in the past.

For the 15-inch MacBook Pro, the unveiling could happen after the Worldwide Developer Conference, which will take place on June. How Apple will handle the release remains unknown, including probabilities that they will furnish a new laptop at WWDC.

As declared earlier, according to iPhone Hacks, Apple's new MacBooks will be equipped with Skylake chips, so it doesn't seem that Intel will stagger the launch after all; however, the company may be keeping up with prior release cycles, and is currently providing a good length of time before it launches upgraded models to the machines released in 2015.
