Hollywood hottie Jason Statham is rumored to be joining hands with Indian star Ajay Devgan for a guest appearance in his next Hindi movie "Shivaay." The duo is currently shooting in the snow-capped mountains of Bulgaria.
Although both the stars are in Bulgaria to film their respective films, Statham's recent spotting with Devgan's crew member led to the rumor that the former is possibly playing a cameo in the Indian star's upcoming movie.
While the 46-year-old Indian star is busy shooting his upcoming action thriller, Statham is present in Bulgaria to film the second instalment of his 2011 blockbuster "Mechanic: Resurrection," opposite Jessica Alba, Deccan Chronicle reported. The movie is an American action thriller that follows an elite hit man, who mercilessly kills anyone he is paid to murder.
Meanwhile Statham is reportedly all set to reprise his role in the hotly-anticipated "Fast And Furious 8." While the fans are going frenzy upon the return of Deckard Shaw in the eighth instalment of the hit series, it is yet not clear whether the character will continue on the villainous path or not.
While some fans reportedly want Statham's character to continue his villainous nature, others want a new baddie to enter the story this time. Buzz also has it that Shaw will change sides and is likely to help Vin Diesel's character Dominic Torreto this time.
Statham is seemingly pretty excited upon his return in the upcoming sequel.
"We're already talking about doing another one, Part 8. I'm a newcomer, I just got invited to the party on this last one. It is nice to know I'll be doing another," the 48-year-old actor told Access Hollywood earlier.
Although the actor refused to give away any "Fast And Furious 8" spoiler, he did mention that he already knew "some great stuff" about the movie.
Meanwhile, Statham's upcoming movie, "Mechanic: Resurrection," is almost at the last stage of its production. The movie also stars Michelle Yeoh, the Chinese-Malaysian actress who is best known for performing her own stunts in the Hong Kong action films. The movie is likely to showcase the actress' dancing skills too apart from her action skills.
