The titles and synopsis of "Dragon Ball Super" episode 31 through 33 are out and it looks like Bulma is set to take the centre stage and fans meet the new character Zunou who will tell Jaco and Bulma about the Super Dragon Balls. "Dragon Ball Super" episode 31 spoilers
"Bulma wants to gather Universe 7's Super Dragon Balls by herself to oppose Beerus' violent ways. She planned to call Jaco and ask him to take her to the centre of the universe but got turned down," reads the synopsis of the episode via Gojiitaaf.
Bulma cannot go to the centre of the universe and Jaco suggests that they can meet up Zunou as he is the all-knowing.
In "Dragon Ball Super" episode 31 preview trailer, Jaco and Bulma are getting ready to head to Zunou's planet to look for answers and fans see shots of the new character.

"The day of the tournament on Nameless Planet is here. "The day of the martial tournament held by the Hakaishins of Universe 6 and 7 has finally arrived. Son Goku and the gang ride in the cube prepared by Whis, Beerus' attendant, stop by Beerus' planet and arrive at the Nameless Planet, where the ring is at. There, everyone gets surprised by the unbelievable size of the currently Super Dragon Balls."

"The first match of the martial arts tournament is Goku vs. Botamo, from Universe 6. But, immediately after starting the match, Goku can't put his mind to it because he ate too much. He somehow pulled himself together but, no matter what attacks Goku uses, Botamo isn't fazed in the least," reads the synopsis of "Dragon Ball Super" episode 33.
