If Miss Universe 2014 were only between Miss Lebanon Saly Greige and Miss Israel Doron Matalon, who should win the crown? One of the judges has an opinion.

According to Filipino boxing champ Manny Pacquiao, it is all about the talent.

"It will come down to the one with the best talent and the best beauty," Pacquiao told Hollywood Life. "It's about your talent and how you answer the question. I mean, how you handle that night. As a judge, I will be looking for talent and, of course, beauty, beauty and talent!"

Joining Pacquiao in the Miss Universe 2014 telecast judging panel are Desean Jackson, Emilio Estefan, Giancarlo Cruz, Michael Stanton, Kristin Cavallari, Lisa Vanderpump, Louise Roe, Nina Garcia, Rob Dyrdek and William Levy.

On Jan. 11, Miss Israel posted a selfie with Miss Lebanon, which consequently sparked outrage between not only the two feuding countries but also between the Miss Universe 2014 candidates. Also in the controversial photo are Miss Slovenia Urska Bracko and Miss Japan Keiko Tsuji.

Miss Lebanon seemed to have dissed Miss Israel afterwards as she reposted the photo in Instagram with the Israeli beauty queen cropped out. In the caption of the photo, she explained that she was "very cautious to avoid being in any photo or communication" with Miss Israel, who tried to take a photo with her several times since the first day of her arrival to participate in the 63rd Miss Universe pageant.

"I was having a photo with Miss Japan, Miss Slovenia, suddenly Miss Israel jumped in and took a selfie, and uploaded it on her social media," Miss Lebanon explained.
