Indian hottie "Quantico" star Priyanka Chopra has added another feather in her cap. The dusky beauty is confirmed to appear in "Baywatch" movie based on the hit 1990s TV series.

Chopra will be joining Hollywood bigwigs Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron in the movie, wherein she will be seen playing the villainous role of Victoria Leeds, Entertainment Weekly reported. Johnson is seemingly smitten with the actress as he took to Instagram to post a video to personally welcome her into the cast.

"She's one of the biggest stars in the world. Insanely talented, relentlessly smokin' and extremely dangerous - perfect for #BAYWATCH. Welcome @PriyankaChopra to our badass and incredibly dysfunctional family," wrote the actor to caption the video.

Chopra, who is undoubtedly one of the biggest stars in India, has become a world-renowned face lately owing to the success of her debut show "Quantico," wherein she is playing the lead role of FBI trainee Alex Parrish.

Chopra also shared Johnson's video along with the caption, "Being Bad is what I do best!!! U better watch out!!" Scroll down for the video.

Chopra will be joining leading ladies Alexandra Daddario and Ilfenesh Hadera. Kelly Rohrbach is playing the prominent role of C.J. Parker, the one held by Pamela Anderson in the hit TV series.

"Billions" star Hadera will be playing the role of Johnson's love interest while comedian Hannibal Buress will be seen playing a beach-going local. The movie, that will be directed by Beau Flynn and Ivan Reitman, will start shooting next week.

As soon as the inclusion of Chopra in "Baywatch" has been confirmed, messages congratulating the actress, who was also named to receive the Padma Shri honour from the Indian government last month, poured in from her friends in Bollywood.

Chopra will be soon seen as a police officer in the upcoming directorial of Prakash Jha, "Jai Gangaajal," a sequel to the Ajay Devgn starrer "Gangaajal," wherein she has done all her stunts herself without the help of any body double, Times Of India reported. Her last Indian release, Deepika Padukone starrer "Bajirao Mastani," also won her several critical acclaim.
