"Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 finally answers its biggest question regarding Jackson and April's future. ABC's long-running medical drama returns with episode 11 titled "Unbreak My Heart" and it shifts its focus a bit and centres on Jackson (Jesses Williams) and April's (Sarah Drew) relationship. In episode 10 titled "All I Want is You," Owen reveals to Amelia the reason for his hatred towards Nathan. Meanwhile, Callie takes her relationship with Penny forward. At the same time, the show explored more about Maggie and Andrew's romance and what happens when Richard finds out about it.
According to the synopsis for "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 episode 11 on the network's official website, April and Jackson's "relationship status is revealed." Ever since the series returned from its midseason break, fans have been wondering what's in store for the couple's marriage.
Fans must brace themselves for a Japril-centric episode wherein the showcases evolution of their relationship through flashbacks. Simultaneously, "Grey's Anatomy," follows the progress of one of Jackson's patient who has been in hospital for years as he/she struggles to recover.
A promo video teases lots of emotional moments for episode 11. The trailer opens with a glimpse of couple's wedding day and then moves on to some difficult moments in their relationship.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, "Grey's Anatomy" actress Sarah Drew reveals that episode 11 is a huge one for the couple. "You don't really find out what really happened with April and Jackson until episode 11," Sarah Drew told. "You get little snippets in 9 and 10, but 11 is a big one. It was so much fun to shoot, an epic journey and every actor's dream, basically."
"As long as they're alive, there is always hope. No matter what, they really, desperately love one another. They're in a really rough spot, but there is always hope," the actress added.
