"Empire" season 2 will see Lucious (Terrence Howard) and Cookie Lyon (Taraji P. Henson) teaming up to take down Camilla (Naomi Campbell).

In the previous episodes, Lucious already tried to take down Camilla, but Hakeem insisted that his father shouldn't do so.

Now that she's officially back, Hakeem will hang out with Camilla rather frequently, and the Lyon patriarch and matriarch will team up to make sure that their affair will no longer continue.

According to Vulture, there is a chance that Lucious and Cookie will also get back together in the upcoming second half of "Empire" season 2 because of recent events.

In the clip released by FOX for the midseason premiere, Lucious could be seen gathering his immediate family to talk about the importance of their union.

"The heart of Empire is its family," he said.

"How would you like to be the CEO of Empire?" Camilla asked Hakeem.

"That's my birthright," he said during a board meeting.

Meanwhile, Jamal also gave his younger some advice when it comes to leading Empire Entertainment.

"Be careful. This whole thing will bring out the worst in you," Jamal said.

Jamal previously headed the company after his dad Lucious got sick. However, Mimi already purchased the music company.

The next scene showed Camilla shooing Lucious away out of her office.

"Get out of my office," she told him.

"I ain't going nowhere. I built this company!" he replied.

The next scene showed Lucious lecturing the Lyon family.

"When the family is in crisis, we come together," he said.

The next scene showed Lucious and Cookie hugging each other.

In other news, Cookie also reached out to Camilla, who in the next scene could be seen sitting very close to Hakeem.

"Hello, Cookie," Camilla welcomed her.

"This is the saddest sight I've ever seen, and I'm not just talking about your face," Cookie answered sarcastically.

Another scene showed Andre breaking down at the hospital.

It was previously revealed that his wife Rhonda will be killed off.

A scene at the cemetery also showed the Lyons visiting their loved one.

"I'm gonna take back my kingdom," Lucious concluded.

"Empire" season 2 will return to FOX on Mar. 30.
