‘Grimm’ Season 5, episode 12 promo, spoilers: ‘Into the Schwarzwald’ [VIDEO]

Hank, Wu and Capt. Renard are set to deal with a deadly assassin who is going berserk in the streets of Portland. Meanwhile, Nick and Monroe discover a treasure in Germany, but things are complicated. The promo for "Grimm" Season 5, episode 12 has been released, find out what happens on "Into the Schwarzwald."

"Grimm" Season 5, episode 12 - promo

The next one is the 100^th episode of "Grimm" and the promo suggests that it is going to be big. The video opens with Nick and Monroe at the ancient location which was a church. Monroe announces that this is what they what they have been looking for.

According to him, they found it what others have been looking for centuries. The voiceover reveals that it is the epic Grimm event that holds the key to everything.

Towards the end of "Grimm" Season 5, episode 12 promo, Nick turns the key and it clicks.

"Nick and Monroe find trouble in Germany after discovering a treasure that has been hidden for centuries. Back home, there's havoc in the streets of Portland as Capt. Renard, Hank and Wu attempt to stop a deadly assassin; at the same time, Eve is hunting down the same man. Meanwhile, Rosalee is tracked down by someone from her past," reads the synopsis via TV Guide.

In the previous episode, Nick and Monroe decided that they would venture on this journey alone. However, when Adalind found out about Nick's upcoming adventure, she expressed her concern. Nick assured her that he will be fine.

Meanwhile, Hadrian's Wall and the Portland police were handling something related to Black Claw. The man named Marwan Hanano was in Portland and he visited Lucien Petrovich, a local leader of Black Claw. He picked a sniper rifle.
