“Love & Hip Hop: New York" season 6 star Tara Wallace recently opened up about her love triangle with baby daddy Peter Gunz and his wife Amina Buddafly. The reality star also talked about the backlash she received from fans after having a baby with a married man.

In an interview with Vibe, Wallace explained that her relationship with Gunz goes way back, which is why she could not turn off her feelings for him just like that. While a lot of "Love & Hip Hop: New York" viewers seem to wonder why Wallace and Buddafly fell head over heels with Gunz, the former explained that there were just a lot of things that were not shown on television.

"I told my deepest secrets to Peter. There are a lot of things people don't know about our relationship," she explained.

Wallace admitted that she took it hard when Gunz decided to marry Buddafly. She explained that she and Gunz even lived together even while he was married. She shared that it was not easy to throw away everything that they had worked on. Eventually, she decided that it was time to move on. This year, however, Wallace realized that she still has feelings for Gunz.

While she was definitely affected after she was labeled as a home wrecker, Wallace pointed out that even the most loyal "Love & Hip Hop: New York" fans did not know the full story of their relationship.

"At some point people have to have the common sense to know that certain things are for TV, and know that we can't tell the entire story in just one episode," she explained.

In a separate interview with International Business Times, Wallace also talked about the ongoing beef between her and Buddafly. Although multiple insiders claim that she always spoke badly of Gunz' wife, Wallace insisted that they remained civil towards one another. While they never became friends, she explained that she had always been cordial to her.

Wallace added that she has always been accepting of Buddafly and Gunz' relationship, no matter how hard it was for her. She explained that they had to be in each other's life even for the sake of the kids.

"Love & Hip Hop: New York" season 6 airs Mondays on VH1.
