It turns out that Eminem preferred Marvel over DC comics. However, the Detroit rapper performed as a stylized Robin in the music video of "Without Me," which won Video of the Year at the MTV Video Music Awards 2002 and Best Short Form Music Video at the Grammy Awards 2003.

Aside from the Marvel comics in Spanish, Eminem also bought "The Walking Dead" action figures at the comic bookstore in Buenos Aires. The AMC series starring Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus and Steven Yeun is currently on its sixth season.

Eminem is not the only Hollywood celebrity currently in Buenos Aires. Several TV series stars are also in the city including "House of Cards" actor Michael Kelly as well as "Orange is the New Black" actresses Jackie Cruz, Selenys Leyva, Elizabeth Rodriguez and Dasha Polanko.

Before going to Buenos Aires, Eminem headlined at Lollapalooza South America 2016 in Brazil. It was his first live performance since he made a surprise appearance at a concert of Big Sean on Nov. 6, 2015 in Detroit.

Eminem's performance in Buenos Aires is scheduled on March 18, Friday. It will be followed by a show in Santiago on March 19, Saturday.

A Michigan native currently living in Sao Paulo said it was one of the best Eminem shows he has seen. Scott Potter told MLive, "Thousands of non-English speakers singing every word of Eminem's music."

"Without Me" peaked at number 2 in Billboard Hot 100. It was released on May 14, 2002as the lead single of the Detroit rapper's fourth studio album titled "The Eminem Show" and was included in his compilation album titled "Curtain Call: The Hits," which was released in 2005.

The music video of "Without Me" features Eminem and Dr. Dre as parodies of comics, particularly Batman, Robin and Blade. Watch the music video here:
