"Pretty Little Liars" (PLL) Season 6 finale saw Rosewood girls take some desperate measures to uncover the true identity of their tormentor, Uber A. The Liars decide to use Hanna as a bait in their game plan. Meanwhile, Caleb tries to keep Hanna safe and Ezra completes his book. Towards the end, the twin is revealed to be the returning Mary Drake.

"Pretty Little Liars" Season 7 episode 1 is titled "Tic Tick, B*tches" and it is expected to delve deeper into Mary Drake's story. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the series' creator Marlene King revealed that Parker is going to be a regular next season and fans can expect to see Mary Drake's backstory unveil.

"Yeah you're going to get a lot of background on Mary Drake and Elliot Rollins and Mary's relationship with her sister, Mrs. D. It's going to be a lot of fun," King teased.

In addition, Season 7 will explore the relationship of the two sisters that reportedly involved "emotions and ups and downs." Fans must brace themselves for the resolution of the two big murder mysteries. As disclosed by King, the next instalment will also reveal who killed Charlotte and Mrs D.

As for the series villain, he/she is still out there and Liars have repeatedly failed in finding their enemy's real identity. Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, King confirmed that "AD" is the Uber A and it is the "biggest, baddest, scariest "A" of all."

Another big question that remains unanswered is: Is Hanna dead or alive? According to the showrunner, the question will be answered immediately after "Pretty Little Liars" (PLL) Season 7 opens with episode 1. The premiere segment will reveal Hanna's "immediate fate."

Meanwhile, the official airdate is yet to be revealed. Like its previous seasons, "Pretty Little Liars" Season 7 is expected to premiere in June 2016. Stay tuned for more spoilers and updates for episode 1 "Tic Tock, B*tches." In the meantime, watch a clip from the show, below.
