Park Jin-Young, 44, who is also known as JYP, was teary-eyed during the latest episode of SBS' "Survival Audition K-Pop Star 5." The 'Who's Your Mama" hit maker was moved to tears by the contestant Lee Shi Eun's emotional adaptation performance of "Beautiful Goodbye."

Performing her adaptation of Kim Gun Mo's signature track, Lee made JYP emotional with her show-stopping adaptation. She was one of the eight finalists.

"I can't believe you made me cry," JYP complimented Lee after the performance. "The sound and emotions traveled together."

This is not the first time that the South Korean music mogul got emotional on the show. During the December 2015 filming of the show, the judge shed tears when Lee Soo Jung and Jung Jin Woo, the two early favorite contestants, teamed up for a duet of Ariana Grande's "Almost is Never Enough."

"When the two held hands, I cried. It was so moving," JYP said. He added that he was grateful that the team showed great teamwork resulting in such good stage presence.

As the end of the survival audition show draws near, JYP and his fellow judges Yoo Hee-Yeol and Yang Hyun-Suk picked the finalists to be included in the top 6, based on the audience review and the contestants' performances. In the end, Park Min Ji and Jin Woo were given up, leaving Shi Eun, Mazinga S, Park Min Ji, Yoo Jay and Soo Jung.

It is only a matter of time until the winner of the singing competition show is crowned. The winner will be given a chance to debut with the company of his or her choice, S.M, YG, or JYP Entertainment, alongside a cash prize of ₩300 million ($260,000), among others.
