The latest details for "Final Fantasy XV" will feature a possible release date of the game at the "FFXV: Uncovered", Cactuars, Airships and 50 hours of gameplay.
Square Enix streamed the new trailer for the upcoming "Final Fantasy XV: Uncovered" event this week as the video teased a "behemoth" of an event as the Japanese video game company will likely reveal new gameplay demo and a guaranteed official release date for "Final Fantasy XV" for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles.
The "Final Fantasy XV: Uncovered event will be on March 30-31 at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California and the event will be hosted by Kinda Funny Game's Greg Miller and Tim Gettys. Previous reports revealed that a pre-orders for "Final Fantasy XV" will start on March 31 and a rumored launch date on September.
In other news, game director Hajime Tabata revealed new game details for "FFXV" during a NicoNico livestream event as he stated that the length of main scenario for "Final Fantasy XV" will around 50 hours instead of 40 hours, due to the fact that the latest sequel will have more volume than it was originally planned.
Tabata added that Square Enix aims to optimize the systemt have 30fps for "Final Fantasy XV" and explained that there are times that it "breaks 30", which forces the team to fix it until the game goes gold in 2017, Gamerant reported.
However, Tabata stated that if the developers were not able to successfully hit the 30fps mark within "Final Fantasy XV" then they are prepared to do something different for the sequel, even though Square Enix did not explain how will they do it.
"Final Fantasy XV" will feature several airships and the return of the Cactuar monsters as Tabata explained that they are powerful enough to dodge shift breaks. The is also a playable demo and new trailer for "FFXV" during the "FFXV: Uncovered" as Tabata teased that Square Enix will show something big to the gaming fans attending the event, Siliconera reported.
Square Enix showcased the new cast and characters for "Final Fantasy XV", as well as a new monster model which looked like a giant crocodile. There are also rumors for a PC and Nintendo NX versions for "Final Fantasy XV" soon.
"Final Fantasy XV" will be release sometime this year for the PS4 and Xbox One consoles.
