"Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 episode 16 features massive relationship drama and explore some of the popular Grey Sloan couples' storylines. The upcoming segment is titled "When it Hurts so Bad" and it will see how Meredith's first date since Derek's death impact her. In episode 15, Meredith considers dating again. However, she finds it difficult to make any plans. In an unexpected moment, Will offers to drop Meredith home, but the pair ends up spending a little more time together as they decide to have dinner together. Elsewhere, Arizona tells Jackson April is pregnant, which leads to ballistic consequences.
In episode 16 "When it Hurts so Bad," Meredith reacts to her decision of moving forward in her life with Dr. Will and it seems she is not happy with what happened. A promo video teases intense drama after Meredith and Will's date.
It shows Will standing shirtless when Maggie yells at him and she asks him what he did. So what happened between Will and Meredith? While not much is known, the promo teases a kiss just outside Meredith's house. Scroll down to watch the promo video.

Meanwhile, fans can expect trouble in Maggie and Andrew's relationship as well. Maggie feels that she may not have a connection. Another promo video teases a tense conversation between Andrew and Maggie.
"You're avoiding me," Maggie tells Andrew. "I've called, you haven't answered."
"It's just been a really busy day," Andrew responds.
"Sure, in a marathon surgery that got cancelled. What's really going on here?" Maggie says in agitation.
"OK, look, I'm very busy. I have many, many things on my plate. I don't have time or patience to play childish guessing games. Do you want to be with me or not?" Maggie asks.

Elsewhere, Amelia rethinks about her relationship with Owen. And Catherine returns to town and she reportedly shakes things up between April and Jackson. Catherine's return is sure to come as a shocker to the former couple that is still reeling from their divorce.
