Naruto fans will be delighted to know that details on "Naruto" one-shot manga storyline, "Boruto" manga, "Boruto: Naruto Movie 2's" development stage and "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" DLC release were revealed.

"Naruto's" author Masashi Kishimoto announced in 2015 that he will be wrapping up his popular creation, but will remain as a supervisor for creating "Boruto" manga series, which will be drawn by his former assistant Mikio Ikemoto and will pen by Ukyo Kodachi. However, months after the announcemen, it was revealed that Kishimoto will still pen one last chapter post-Boruto movie story, titled "The Path Lit by the Full Moon."

Weekly Shonen Jump's March 28 issue revealed that the special "Naruto" one-shot will feature Mitsuki's origin. Aside from Mitsuki, "The Path Lit by the Full Moon" will also feature Orochimaru. Kishimoto's Naruto one-shot will be released on Shonen Jump's April 25 issue, iDigital Times reported.

Aside from the special one-shot series, Weekly Shonen Jump will also release an all new "Boruto" manga series, which will be featured every month on the magazine, starting on Shonen Jump's May 9 issue. Furthermore, not much information was divulged about "Boruto" manga, apart from the series focusing on Boruto, Sarada, Mitsuki and the next generation of ninjas.

Meanwhile, due to "Naruto's" popularity, the manga series was adapted into a movie in 2015, and now, news circulating "Boruto: Naruto the Movie 2" will might be released soon. Previous reports indicate that the production of "Boruto: Naruto the Movie 2" should have started in 2015; however, the people behind the movie first focused on Naruto's mini-series, titled "Naruto Shippuden: The True Legend of Itachi."

Since the mini-series has ended, it is said that the production team has now the time to continue working on "Boruto: Naruto the Movie 2," which might be released sooner than expected.

On other news, Bandai Namco shared that the second DLC pack of "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" will officially arrive on April 12, Destructiod reported.

Aside from the game's second DLC pack release date details, the Japan-based game publisher also shared "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4's" second downloadable content trailer. The trailer showcases "Gaara's Tale Extra Scenario" DLC, which features new Combination Secret Techniques, additional in-game items, new story scenario, new and exclusive costumes.
