"Tekken 7: Fated Retribution gave fans another treat in the form of screenshots from the game's upcoming instalment showcasing the new costume of one of Tekken's mainstay character, Heihachi Mishima. On top of this, the trailer also featured new combos, power-ups, and characters.

Recently, Bandai Namco's "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" trailer included new features and one of them is the new costumes for the characters. The game's official website released on April first week one of the new said costumes and it was for Heihachi Mishima, as fans reportedly were getting bored with the character's traditional black gi since "Tekken 5."

In response to the fans' requests, Bandai heard the complaints and promised that all characters will be getting new costumes in the new "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution." As can be seen from the website, Heihachi is already wearing an orange outfit, with an intricate design in the right side of his baggy pants and boots in gold and purple. Fans were able to realize that the changes were noticeable especially with his clothes. In the previous games, the character was adorned with dark colors so it reportedly came as a shock to many that he is recently wearing a bright and flashy outfit.

Heihachi Mishima's original outfit, however, is still available for the fans, who prefer the traditional and original costume, Attack of the Fanboy reported. Aside from the changes in outfits, "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" will also have an extensive customization mode that will allow players to change the appearance of characters.

The "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" will be released for the Japanese arcades in the summer of 2016 as an expansion of 2015's vanilla edition. Mechanics will be changed, new characters will be introduced, and even Akuma from the "Street Fighter" series will become a guest character, which may upset "Tekken" purists, Game Rant reported.

"Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" will also have a PlayStation VR exclusive content. There is no other news regarding the expansion's release on other platforms although Michael Murray of Bandai Namco has stated that in addition to PlayStation 4, the team would love to see it on Xbox One. The final word as to which other format it will be released is yet to be confirmed.
