Actress Kate Garry Hudson is once again ready to jump back into a relationship, as most recent reports reveal that the "Bride Wars" star is dating NFL star, Justin James "J.J." Watt.

The dating news broke after the 36-year-old actress took to Snapchat on April 11, Monday, and shared a video which reveals that she was on a date night with Watt. In the video, it was seen that the duo sits next to each other at an unidentified restaurant.

Hudson and Watt also get playful with one of the Snapschat filters that puts a halo of stars around the user's head, but unfortunately, it did not seem to work for the 27-year-old football defensive end.

"Apparently, the stars belong to the hottest person on the date, that's why Kate wins," People quoted Watt as saying.

They also shared an exciting reaction and laughter when the so-called "star" filter finally appears over the latter's head toward the ends of the video. In any case, it should be noted first that to date, this dating news has neither been confirmed nor denied by either Hudson or Watt.

Nonetheless, if the duo's budding romance continues, Watt seemingly marks the first guy that Hudson has dated since her brief reported fling with the singer-songwriter, Nicholas Jerry "Nick" Jonas. It has been learned that this is not the first time Hudson has found romance with an athlete.

In fact, it has been reported that the actress had previously dated the road racing cyclist Lance Armstrong, and Alex Rodrigues, a New York Yankees' baseball infielder. The "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days" star has a 12-year-old son named Ryder with estranged spouse Chris Robinson.

According to earlier reports, Hudson was in a four-year relationship with her former fiancé, Muse front man Matthew Bellamy, with whom she also shares a child named Bingham. After the former couple announced that they had ended their engagement on Dec. 9, 2014, the actress likens her love life to a high school student, as she has always been plagued with dating rumors and speculations.

"It really feels like high school," she told the InStyle magazine. "I can't say hello to anybody without [people speculating were together.]"

Meanwhile, Watt has been reported to be dating the UFC fighter, Paige VanZant. The NFL star has previously expressed that he was just waiting to find the right girl for him before he finally settles down, E! News has learned.
