"Supernatural" Season 11 continues to be on a hiatus. The news is there won't be a new episode this Wednesday, April 20. The show will reportedly resume its run on April 27. The show will pick up with episode 19 titled "The Chitters" wherein Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) will work with a pair of hunters they meet in Colorado.

When the show returns after the two-week hiatus, the Winchester brothers will be travelling to a small town in Colorado to hunt down a monster that returns once-in-many-years. According to Spoiler TV's synopsis for "Supernatural" Season 11 episode 19, Sam and Dean must solve the mystery of mysterious disappearances that take place every 27 years.
As the brothers begin their investigation, they find out that a deadly monster is behind the disappearances. During their investigation, Sam and Dean meet a pair of hunters, who are on the same mission. However, they seek vengeance from the monster that only appears once in every 27 years.
A promo video for "Supernatural" Season 11 episode 19 gives a glimpse at the scary creatures. It also teases Dean in the clutches of the monsters called Chitters. Scroll down to watch the trailer.
In additional news, "Supernatural" stars Padalecki and Ackles recently wrapped up filming Season 11. This means that the finale is not too far. Sam and Dean Winchester will say goodbye to the fans for months before they return to the television for Season 12.
On April 17, Padalecki posted a picture of himself and Jensen Ackles celebrating the Season 11 wrap with a dinner at a restaurant. The "Supernatural" captioned the picture: "Thank U @chpinos for making our season 11 wrap so special & AMAZING! See U soon! @JensenAckles #BestChefEver"
It can be inferred as a formal announcement that the cast has finished filming the finale airing on May 25, Wednesday.
