"19 Kids and Counting" alum Jill Duggar is rumored to be expecting twins.

Just recently, the reality TV star shared a photo on Instagram that showed her son Israel David looking at himself in the mirror.

At first glance, the photo doesn't, in any way, suggest that Jill is expecting a child. However, it was the caption that she wrote that made fans wonder whether or not she's expecting.

"This is how you entertain yourself when you don't have any siblings yet... #mirrorbaby? #twins," she wrote.

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Duggar's decision to use the word "yet" in her caption made fans even more curious as to whether or not Israel David is going to be a big brother in the next few months.

Meanwhile, this is not the first time that Duggar has been rumored to be pregnant. In the past couple of months, she and her husband Derick Dillard have been sharing photos from their missionary work in El Salvador.

In one of their photos, Duggar seemed to have been wearing a maternity top. Fans started asking the TLC TV star if she's expecting another baby.

If she is, fans are also concerned because there is an ongoing threat of the Zika virus in El Salvador and it could be very dangerous not only for the baby in the womb, but also for the pregnant mother.

According to Design N Trend, the Zika virus can cause all sorts of birth-related disorders. As such, women traveling to and from El Salvador have already been issued with travel warnings and such. El Salvador is currently requesting that women avoid getting pregnant for the next two years.

In other news, Duggar and her sister Jessa currently star in TLC "19 Kids and Counting" spinoff "Jill & Jessa: Counting On." There are ongoing rumors that the reality TV show will be canceled very soon because advertisers are already starting to remove their placements on the show.

Additionally, now that the Duggar's older brother Josh is out of rehab, some advertisers are worried that his return to the outside world could impact their income.
