New details for "Legends of Tomorrow" will feature the a possible character death in the season finale and the return of Hawkman to the show.
The synopsis for episode 15 of "Legends of Tomorrow" titled "Destiny" has been revealed and it deals with the return of Carter Hall/Hawkman (Falk Hentschel) to the team. In episode 15, Kendra Saunders/Hawkgirl (Ciara Renee) is reunited with Carter ever since his death at the hands of Vandal Savage after the events of episode 2. Although Hentschel was featured in the flashback scenes of episode 11, he played a different character on the show, but with Carter's return viewers will be interested to know how will he react to Kendra knowing she is now in love with Ray Palmer/The Atom (Brandon Routh).
Other plotlines for episode 15 will feature Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill) and Mick Rory/Heatwave (Dominic Purcell) are at the vicinity of the Time Masters are left disturbed from what they have discovered, while Sara Lance/White Canary (Caity Lotz) takes the Waverider and Leonard Snart/Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) contemplates his place and realizes his potential to be a "hero". Episode 15 will air on May 12, ComicBookResoureces reported.
In other news, several rumors and speculations are making rounds that one of the members of Rip Hunter's team will likely die in the show's season 1 finale.
Executive Producer Andrew Kreisberg told Entertainment Weekly that audiences will see the demise of Vandal Savage in the season finale of "Legends of Tomorrow" and one the heroes will likely make the ultimate "sacrifice" in order to beat him.
Co-producer Phil Klemmer stated that season 2 of "Legends of Tomorrow" will have a different line-up that is similar to the current roster as a new character will likely emerge at the end of season 1 finale. So of these rumored characters include Jonah Hex (Johnathon Schaech), Conner Hawke (Joseph David-Jones), John Constantine (Matt Ryan) and Booster Gold, Rip's biological father.
The next episode of "Legends of Tomorrow" titled "Leviathan" will have the team fight Vandal Savage at the height of his power in the year 2166 and it also features Vandal's daughter played by Jessica Sipos.
"Legends of Tomorrow" will return on Thursday 8PM on the CW Network.
