WWE SmackDown April 28 spoilers and results

SmackDown starts off with a segment featuring Roman Reigns talking about the evil schemes of AJ Styles, Anderson and Gallows. WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz and Maryse are also in the ring during the segment, Wrestlezone reported

Later, The Miz tries to attack Reigns, but the latter throws him out of the ring.

It is announced that Reigns will face The Miz in the main event on WWE SmackDown.

The first match features Sheamus, Alberto Del Rio and Rusev vs. Sami Zayn, WWE United States Champion Kalisto and Cesaro.

Zayn, Kalisto and Cesaro defeated Rusev, Del Rio and Sheamus. Moreover, Del Rio and Rusev walk out on Sheamus. The League of Nations is no more.

WWE Women's Champion Charlotte and Natalya are set to be featured on The Ambrose Asylum during the event.

Next up is Damien Sandow vs. Baron Corbin. And Corbin takes down Sandow with End of Days.

It is time for The Ambrose Asylum and Charlotte, Ric Flair and Natalya are welcomed by Ambrose. The segment is a said to be a build up to WWE Payback 2016.

Meanwhile, The Social Outcasts vs. Enzo Amore and Big Cass is on the line. WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day arrive and watch the match from the commentary table. The pre-match promos of Enzo and Cass are showcased. Later, The Vaudevillains come to watch the match from the stage.

Enzo and Cass defeated The Social Outcasts in the match. Next up is Stardust vs. Apollo Crews. Stardust is defeated by Apollo Crews, meanwhile, R-Truth is with Tyler Breeze, his new partner and Fandango consoles Goldust.

The main event features Roman Reigns vs. The Miz. Anderson and Gallows attack Reigns and the match ends with a disqualification.
