New details have been revealed regarding Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown's relationship to her her alleged husband Nick Gordon. A report emerged to say that the two were never married in the first place and that the family had a restraining order against Nick on 2014.
While Bobbi Kristina Brown fights for a life, tensions between the Gordons and the Browns continue to simmer. According to Bobby Brown's lawyer, Bobbi K and Nick Gordon never really got married, despite the fact that Bobbi told the public that she wed Gordon on Jan. 14., even calling him her "incredible husband."
"Bobbi Kristina is not and has never been married to Nick Gordon," Bobby Brown's lawyer stated to People magazine. This bit was clarified after a slew of reports emerged to say that Bobbi K's family is worried that the late Whitney Houston's estate, wholly left to her daughter when she passed away in 2012, would just go to Nick Gordon if Bobbi fails to recover. It was said that this could be a possibility because Bobbi never got a prenup from Nick when they "married."
New details emerged now to say that Nick was so unpopular among the Browns and the Houstons that he was even served with a restraining order on March 2014. Reportedly, Marion "Pat" Houston, Whitney's sister-in-law and the executor of the trust fund left to Bobbi K, petitioned for a temporary protective order against Nick. Based on the court documents, Pat said Nick has "made threatening comments and posted photos of guns with the intention of making petitioner fearful for her personal safety. Respondent then posted more photos of guns later and has sent harassing texts."
A police report later showed that Marion was not popular with Nick Gordon and Bobbi K. The two were said to be displeased that Marion was overseeing Whitney's massive estate. The report revealed that Nick Gordon was asking for Bobbi K's monthly allowance increased. "Marion refused to relinquish the money. Marion stated that Mr. Gordon has turned Krissy against the family and in the process has said threatening statements to Marion and other family members," the report reads.
While it remains to be seen what would come off this new revealing, doctors currently working on Bobbi K claimed that Whitney Houston's daughter has slim chances of recovery.
