Thousands of fans of music legend Prince gathered to pay tribute to the singer, who died last week in mysterious circumstances. Fans saw his remarkable movie at the famous Paramount Theater. The 1984 movie "Purple Rain," in which Prince debuted, was shown in the theater as a tribute to the 57-year-old singer.
The whole theater was cherishing the musician's work, with the hallway was lit up in purple lights, along with the fans that came wearing purple outfits. "Around The World in a Day" musician's fans honored the performer Prince while watching his film and his accomplishments at the Mendon Twin Drive-in Friday, NBC29 reported.
On April 21, 2016, Prince was found dead in mysterious conditions in his Paisley Park home in Minnesota. The police is still investigating the cause of his death. Fans and musicians are mourning his death. "The Rainbow Children" musician's released work has once again hit the top of the music charts.
Prince released 39 studio albums during his entire recording career. It is reported that apart from released albums, he also had some unreleased recordings. The unreleased songs are safe in his vault, placed in Chanhassen home in Minnesota.
According to Telegraph UK, the access code to the vault was known only to the singer. It is recently said that the vault was opened by Bremer Trust in order to prepare an inventory of his assets. Many unreleased songs were revealed along with the vast amount of work that could have otherwise been lost forever.
According to some speculations, Prince has so much of work that a new album can be released every year for decades. Bremer Trust, who drilled his vault, was appointed by bank to administer estate of Prince.
Susan Rogers, who was Prince's sound engineer for many years, revealed that "Sign o' The Times" singer was a complete workaholic. He always chased for perfection in work. He further revealed that Prince used to work for many straight hours and would hardly take sleep for four to five hours.
Meanwhile, there are speculations that Prince did not leave any sort of will, as his son Duane 'Casper' Joseph Nelson Jr. died tragically in December 2005. It is reported that his wealth will be shared between his sister, other close related siblings, and a grand niece under the state law of Minnesota.
