Fans will soon get their hands on legendary rock band Bon Jovi's latest album, "This House is Not for Sale," as band vocalist Jon Bon Jovi confirmed that recording of the album is done.

The 54-year-old rock star is very happy with the outcome of the album as this LP best describes their identity as a band. In 2015, the band encountered troubles with their long-time label Mercury Records as well as having some setbacks in their album tour.

Fortunately, everything is now under the bridge as the band was able to mend their relationship with the recording studio. The album "Burning Bridges," intended to throw some shades to their 30-year partner, is no longer an issue.

"The record is done. The record is just being mixed now and I'm ecstatic with it if for nothing else, out of pain comes great songs. And I'm really, really happy with the record," Asbury Park Press quoted Bon Jovi as saying during the Nashville Q&A Album/Tour session. "I think we've got a fantastic representation of who we are at this time."

"This House is Not for Sale" will be the band's 14th studio album. Initially set for a March release date, the album is now established to launch in September as confirmed by the band during a press conference in Malaysia.

Also, Bon Jovi is all set to go on a "This House is Not for Sale" album tour once calendars hit 2017. The vocalist confirmed that they will start touring on February

"The hope is that we go out early next year. That's the hope," Bon Jovi said in the tour session Q&A. He also stated that it will ultimately depend on the health and well-being of band members once that time of the year comes.

Perhaps, the only thing fans can look forward to in the future is the reunion between the band and their long-time guitarist, Richie Sambora. Nevertheless, the band will get a quality replacement in Jersey Shore guitarist Matt O'Ree.

To give a glimpse on the album's inspiration, Bon Jovi said that it will be all about integrity and their life experiences since 1982, Ultimate Classic Rock reported. Here is the video of Bon Jovi confirming that the album is done.
