"Twilight" actress Kristen Stewart made heads turn at the Cannes festival on Sunday when she walked on the red carpet with her gal pal Alicia Cargile. She was outstanding in her gothic-look inspired Chanel outfit teamed with Christian Louboutin heels. Stewart's former personal assistant was poised beside her as she carried a wrapped Vans sneakers for the actress.
Stewart wore a signature Chanel full black outfit- a black top and a satin pencil skirt, Daily Mail reported. She accessorized her wardrobe with several padlock silver pendants, rings and a black watch. The actress also carried a silver Chanel bag that made her look more stylish.
Stewart wore a smokey eyeshadow while her blonde hair was styled in a messy loose bun. Cargile on the other hand, sported a Chanel black flats that were probably courtesy of the "American Ultra" star for being Chanel's muse.
Cargile surprised everyone at the Cannes for her appearance with Stewart. It was the first time for the former couple to see them together again in public. Just the recent week, Stewart hit the headlines after reports revealed that she broke off with girlfriend Stephanie "Soko" Sokolinski after dating for a few months.
Stewart and Cargile stirred dating rumors in 2015, but neither confirmed the relationship. Eversince her high profile split with Robert Pattinson, Stewart has remained mum about her love life. In August 2015, she broke her silence that shocked everyone when she admitted about her sexuality.
In other news, Stewart, who was at the event to promote "Cafe Society" and "Personal Shopper" got carried out when the cast of "American Honey" danced to the tune of E-40's "Choices (YUP)." The cast, including Shia LaBeouf, Riley Keough, Sasha Lane and McCaul Lombardi livened up the event with their performance, PEOPLE reported.
Stewart, who is friends to Keough and Lane was seen enjoying the music with Cargile. Last week, she graced the Cannes red carpet opening with a fashionable display. Her experience with the strict policy in the French festival red carpet was probably the reason why she kept a pair of sneakers with her this time, the publication added.
