The preview shows Kaguya's children as it is revealed that their mother loved this world and she tried to love the humans. However, her hope was crushed. Kaguya consumed the fruit of the Divine Tree to protect her children. But, it was the beginning of the real despair, next time on "Naruto Shippuden." The time after Kaguya gives birth to her twins - Haruma and Hagoromo.

"Naruto Shippuden" episode 461 - Synopsis
"Everyday, Kaguya looked up to the sky silently. Later on, she gave birth to her children Hagoromo and Hamura. The Great Toad Sage appeared in the show and it's called Gamamaru. But it's prohibited by Kaguya to get access to the God Tree to see what was it about," reads the synopsis of the upcoming episode.
Meanwhile, in the previous "Naruto Shippuden" episode, Kaguya comes on Earth close to thousand years before it all started. Kenji of the Land of Sou makes Kaguya as his living partner. During the episode, Kaguya reveals that she has arrived on Earth to protect the Divine Tree which is outside the Land of Sou.
Talking of the Land of Sou, it is a tiny feudal country which is having tensions with the Land of Ka.
The Land of Ka has been trying to invade Sou for a long time. Tenji announces that if any citizen of Sou harms a soldier of Ka will be killed. But, a top commander of Ka known as Suzaku attacks Tenji's palace to kidnap Kaguya.
However, Kaguya uses her powers against Suzuka's men and turn them into mush.
"Naruto Shippuden" episode 462
This episode is titled "I Created The Past" and is expected to move past the Kaguya backstory and showcase a new storyline. The episode airs May 26.
