According to WCCF Tech, the iOS 9.3.3 jailbreak was shown off on an iPod Touch, it was running with the latest beta of Apple's mobile OS. The firmware showed the device running Cydia, which is the jailbreak exclusive store for downloading tweaks, apps, themes and more. Apparently, Luca is behind the jailbreak, who teased other jailbreaks in the past, and has no plans to release the jailbreak publicly.

As of this writing, the only version of iOS 9 that has a public jailbreak is iOS 9.1. Unfortunately, Apple has not signed this version. Thus, Apple users cannot downgrade to iOS 9.1.
