Johnny Depp is on the headlines after his wife Amber Heard accused him of domestic violence and subsequently filed for divorce. In response, Depp's ex-wife Vanessa Paradis stepped out to defend the actor by calling the claims as "outrageous."

Moreover, while Heard was granted a temporary domestic violence restraining order against the actor on May 27, close friends and family are coming out one by one in his defense. In particular, Depp's daughter Lily Rose used social media to express support to her father.

On her social media account, she posted a throwback photo of herself with her dad and wrote that he is the sweetest and most loving person she knows. The teenager added that her father is a great dad and everyone who knows him would agree.

Paradis, Lily Rose's mom, also wrote a short note to show her support to ex-husband. In the handwritten letter obtained by TMZ, Paradis defended Depp by saying that the father of her two children is a sensitive and loving person.

The French model and actress further stated that she believe with all her heart that the domestic violence accusations against Depp are just lies. As a proof, she said that all through the years that she have known Depp, he never physically abuse her and described their 14 years together as "wonderful years."

Similarly, another ex-wife of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star, Lori Anne Allison, attested that in the two years she have been married to the actor, he never hurt her. She also described him as a "soft person."

In any case, Heard accused Depp of repeatedly hurting her through domestic abuse. She was granted the restraining order by the court after showing photos of her bruised face and broken fixtures at home, which allegedly resulted from a heated fight with Depp.

However, the officers from Los Angeles Police Department who investigated Heard's abuse claims did not find any evidence that a crime had occurred on May 21. "On May 21, 2016, officers responded to a domestic incident radio call. There was no evidence of any crime. A crime did not occur so the officers left the scene and left a business card," LAPD Sgt. Marlon Marrache told People.

Finally, Heard also filed for divorce and she was said to be demanding for spousal support. It was also reported that a prenuptial agreement between Depp and Heard do not exist thus many of the actor's close friends are doubting the 30-year-old actress' intention in filing the abuse case.
