Meanwhile, the synopsis suggests Finch taking extreme steps to counter Samaritan in the new episode.

In other "Person of Interest" news, Michael Emerson who plays Harold Finch talked to Zap2it about the 100th episode of the show.

He teased that things are going to get "a little blurrier and a little more terrifying."

He also shared that "Person of Interest" is not a superhero TV show, but a show with real possibilities and technology that is unfolding before them.

The finale of the show is set to air on June 21 and Peter Roth, chief content officer and president of Warner Bros. TV told the website that it is difficult and "bittersweet" to lose a show like "Person of Interest."

Show creator Jonathan Nolan also talked about the 100th episode and how he approached each episode of the show.

"It's been a fascinating moment of trying to write a TV show with all of this stuff changing faster than even we can chart it," Nolan said about the approach.

He called the 100th instalment as "a celebration of all of the things the show has done over the years. Which is to say, we present some provocative ideas, blow up a lot of s-t, and really piss off a lot of fans by killing off a couple of major characters."

With "Person of Interest" series finale fast approaching, fans will miss the characters and how each episode left a mark.
