The 2016 NBA Draft gets chaotic and interesting at no.3 when the consensus top 2 players are off the board.

The Boston Celtics has the unenviable position of setting the tone for the next five or six picks and with their roster, there are so many directions they can take.

In a recent chat at Basketball Insiders, Steve Kyler replied to a Boston Celtics fan who asked about the possibility of their team drafting Brown.

"I am not at all worried about Jaylen Brown. I think he's a great fit in Boston and exactly the kind of guy Ainge gravitates towards - high basketball IQ guys that play hard and loves to be coached," Kyler said.

Kyler also had an opinion on the Buddy Hield vs. Brown debate specifically the point where Hield is a better pick because he is more NBA-ready.

"I think you may be looking at the draft the wrong way - the draft rarely produces win-now players, so if its going to take a year or two why not draft a kid with tremendous upside that fits your vision and your culture. I think people have become too quick to look at what a kid may not have done well in college and try to define him by it, rather than looking at what he does really well and trying to build on that," Kyler said.

He also said that Dragan Bender is a project that will take much time to develop and probably won't contribute as a rookie. He also points out that other prospects Kris Dunn is older than the Celtics' own Marcus Smart, Hield is a "one trick pony" and Jamal Murray would be redundant in Boston.

Another trait of Jaylen Brown that has won fans of the Celtics over is his attitude. As a post in Celtics team site Celtics Blog admired his passion for the game.

"Celtics need an athletic 3 man who has a high motor and the desire to succeed. I've watched a lot of his pre draft interviews and I continue to be impressed by his demeanor and desire to be great. He wants to be a foundational player, not just pick up a check every 2 weeks like a lot of guys."

Brown went from being dismissed as a "raw" prospect who should have stayed in school to a possible top 5 pick with every workout and interview. He must be doing something right.
