Episode 46 will be continuing the events which happened from last episode. Vegeta, in an attempt to rescue Trunks and Goten, had an encounter with a Sauteian alien which later became his identical copy. This led to a battle between Goku and Vegeta's doppleganger which Goku must defeat in order to rescue the Saiayan Prince. Fans can watch the English-subbed episode here.
While it is still unknown who will be triumphing in the battle, a preview for the episode was already released. In the short clip, it can be seen that Goku is having a hard time with the Copy-Vegeta as several of its punches landed on him. Appearances of Vegeta was also very minimal in the preview which may suggest that the Saiayan Prince may have disappeared during the episode.
While most of the information are still unknown, a YouTube video posted by Nova suggests that while Vegeta and the rest of the crowd are watching Goku and Copy-Vegeta, the Saiayan Prince is slowly fading away. Goku has only around three to five minutes to defeat the doppleganger in order to save Vegeta from totally fading away.
Meanwhile, the much-awaited return of Future Trunks was already hinted in the episode to follow. Toie already released an image of what the Future Trunks would look like as he returns in the series. Dragon Ball series writer Akira Toriyama shared that the idea for future Trunks was hinted by someone from their editorial office, Kanzenshuu reported.
It was also stated in the report that the return of the character from the future has again something to do with saving the entire Planet Earth as a new villain comes into picture. It was also hinted that Trunks will be facing Black Goku as his enemy.
Majority of the information regarding episode 47 are still unknown and fans may have to wait for a couple of days to get a clearer and more specific detail. While waiting for episode 47, fans can focus in the upcoming episode 46 which airs at Fuji TV on June 5.
