Ubisoft was able to remove the "Watch Dogs 2" advertisement from IGN, but some was able to screenshot the ad and spread it throughout the internet, Eurogamer reported. Ubisoft first teased the possibility of a "Watch Dogs" sequel when they announced several of their video game line-ups for this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo event on June 14-16.

These titles include "South Park: The Fractured But Whole", "Ghost Recon Wildlands", "For Honor", "Eagle Flight" and "Watch Dogs 2", SlashGear reported.

The official Twitter page of YouTube channel The Rad Brad was able to tweet the logo image of "Watch Dogs 2" further hinting the game's existence and Ubisoft recently launched a teaser trailer of the game, featuring a hacker using his smart phone to hack something or someone.

Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot stated in an interview that "Watch Dogs 2" will feature a "new tone" and "innovative gameplay" which will likely surpass the first game. Some of these rumored gameplay features includes a new city, gameplay mechanics, a new protagonist replacing Aiden Pierce and a "Morality" system that enables gamer's to make the best decision within the game as their choices determines the pace of the story.

With a new protagonist taking the lead in "Watch Dogs 2", gamers are wondering if the Aiden Pearce, the hero of the first "Watch Dogs" game will ever return to the sequel. Gaming fans wanted Aiden to be replaced in the sequel and wanted someone with a unique personality and less experience in combat.

Guillemot stated that he does not know if Aiden Pierce will be back in "Watch Dogs 2". Twitter username NerdLeaks was able to tweet the photo of the new protagonist after one of the game's motion capture actors put a private setting on his Instagram account.

Ubisoft will likely reveal new game details for "Watch Dogs 2" during the E3 2016 event this month as gamers are eager to see its gameplay features and possibly a debut trailer.

"Watch Dogs 2" will launch on Nov. 15 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
