Kloss initially shared to Twitter her anger with PAL that easily garnered attention among social media users. The 23-year-old top model shared the post with her photo taken in front of a check-in kiosk of PAL with a caption of bold red letters signifying her fury.

PAL was tagged in the post and wrote that they have the worst customer service of all time. Kloss also used the words most budgeted airline, rude and disrespectful to blast the airline.  She later retweeted the same photo in her other Twitter account.

Kloss' PAL experience did not end there. She also took to her other social media accounts, including Snapchat her dismay. Kloss recorded a video and said that she travels every week abroad, but only tonight she had the worst customer experience with an airline.

Hours later, PAL responded to Kloss' rants in a series of tweets in its official Twitter account. In one reply, PAL wrote that they were sincerely sorry for the inconvenience and the disappointment she had. The airline also requested for her flight details to make amends.

Kloss did not open up on much detail on what happened that caused her to rant like that in the social media. However, it looks like she really had a bad time with the airline. In other tweets, PAL expressed their willingness to reach out to Kloss by asking her email address.

In a statement obtained by Rappler, Kloss cleared that she missed her flight by writing some words on her Snapchat video. There were also reports that she was also not satisfied with the customer service provided by the airline's staff. The misunderstanding between Kloss and PAL was ironed out when she responded to the airline through her Twitter that she will send them a private message. She also thanked them for their apology.

Prior to the PAL incident, Kloss, the new Swarovski's brand ambassador was at the Council of Fashion Designers of America awards to present an award for womenswear. Right after the awarding, she sported her pajamas and rushed to JFK International Airport and documented in Snapchat how good her day was.

Kloss replaced Miranda Kerr as Swarovski ambassador in May. In an interview with ELLE, she expressed how happy she is to work with Swarovski.

"I think the most exciting part of us working together is the fact that they are really interested in working with me not just as a model but as me as an individual," Kloss told the magazine. "I'm beyond flattered and they've been really supportive of my initiatives, with teaching girls learn how to code and with all different passion projects that I have."
